From Sketches to Design

This piece was a first for me. A design that I conceived in my mind’s eye without any stone or anything to get me started. 

I wanted to make a lovely pair of earrings that kept with my asymmetrical design esthetic yet could be worn with a tee-shirt, blazer and jeans,  or with business attire or even for formal occasions.

I sketched these in my design book and took them to Nick Kosturos from Patronik Designs in Burlingame, my partner in bringing my designs to life.  They hang nicely. Have the perfect dangle and are light enough to wear all day. I guess I would say they’re magic.
